Lyon Lake Improvement Board
Purpose
​The Lyon Lake Improvement Board is a locally established body that oversees the protection and enhancement of Lyon Lake in Michigan. Its purpose includes managing water quality, controlling invasive species, maintaining lake levels, and improving recreational use such as boating and swimming. The board operates under Michigan’s Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act and collaborates with local government officials and lakefront property owners to implement sustainable lake management projects.
